Strawberry Computing Corp. has experience with a variety of Quality Control/Quality Assurance systems. The following outlines some of the applications:
- Preventive Maintenance System - In this system we track the routine maintenance required for each piece of machinery. The system suggests parts needed for the maintenance and schedules maintenance personnel to perform the required maintenance task.
- Corrective Action System (QS9000) - This system is also known as a Problem Reporting and Resolution system. It enables the full recording of a problem situation and all the follow-up activities to ensure that the problem has been resolved.
- Alert Tracking (QS9000) - This system provides personnel with a photographic indication of potential problems in order to alert those building the product of possible areas of concern.
- Defect Tracking - The Defect Tracking system provides comprehensive reporting of first run capability for a manufacturing line with various graphs for daily, weekly and monthly comparisons.
- Spectrophotometry - We have developed spectrophotometer-based statistical software.
- Statistical Process Control - Our software involved plant-wide statistical process control including control charts, histograms, planet charts and D.O.E.
